ZCUT-870 is an automatic, turntable-type tape dispenser designed for high-productivity cutting of short tape pieces in industrial and assembly environments.
FEATURES :
- Cutting length: 15–70 mm, adjustable by knob.
- Tape width: 3–25 mm.
- Max roll outside diameter: 150 mm.
- Rotating turntable presents multiple pre-cut pieces, allowing several operators or repetitive work at one station.
- Movable sensor lets you choose where the turntable stops and can be used to set number of cuts.
- Bobbin-free design accepts any core size up to the maximum outside diameter.
- Fixed blades that are easy to change, no adjustment needed, and designed for clean, sharp cuts on tough tapes.
- It can handle many industrial tapes, including: filament, polyimide/Kapton, acetate, glass cloth, masking, cellophane, polyethylene, double-sided tapes, aluminum and copper foil, Teflon/PTFE, paper, cotton/cloth and similar technical tapes.
